Issue #2 DVD Magazine

 

Issue #2 was filmed in Roatan, Honduras and is in association with: Subway Watersports, Dive Junkie Clothing, Turquoise Bay Resort, Bay Island Airways, Best Car Rental and Land's End Resort.

There are 8 sections which include:

1. PARADISE

Two weeks in the Bay Islands of Honduras, "Roatan". Attractions, night life, activities, sites and scuba diving montage.

Put together with the catchy beats from "Maticulous". This section gets you pumped up, while understanding the vibe Roatan offers.

2. SPOT CHECK

Ship Wreck - Diving the "Mr. Bud" wreck with Subway Watersports, on the south shore of Roatan.

Mixed together with local Roatan music, and followed up by a thorough dive briefing with Julian Spittlehouse, Divemaster.

3. DAY IN THE LIFE

With Vanessa Canseco Lozano, Scuba instructor living on the island of Roatan.

Rob Lysak, the on-land videographer for Dive Zero gets his open water course with Vanessa.

4. SHOP CHECK

Video tour with Subway Watersports Dive Shops.

Gillian Notton takes us around the store, introduces us to their staff, diving and hanging with our main man, Boris. When you are in Roatan, make sure you find Boris.

5. MIXED TAPE

Gumbalimba park - Howler monkeys, parrots, touring the history of the island, zip-lining through the canopy of the jungle and full detailed interviews, all in high definition.

6. DANGER ZONE

Shark diving/feeding at Cara a Cara (face to face) with Waihuka Adventure Divers.

One of the best dives in Roatan, we take you first hand to encounter these sharks up close and personal.

7. HOT SPOT

World famous - Mary's Place. Two large crevices cut through the reef. The sheer sides of the crevice are lined with large fans of black coral, banded shrimp, gobies, eels and encrusting sponges. Tightly grouped schools of twirling silversides too often darken the passageway.

8. TUNE UP

Roatan Institute for Marine Sciences at Anthony's Key Resort.

Explore the marine history of Roatan, the bottle - nosed dolphin and interview with Bruce Plunkett (Dolphin Behaviorist).
